Returns & Refunds — No Drama, No Hassle

We want you to love what you take home. But vintage is personal, and sometimes a piece just doesn't work out. We get it.

30-Day, No-Questions-Asked Returns

You have 30 days from delivery to return any item. Just reach out to us at info@reused.ai and we'll take care of it. We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label and simple instructions.

Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. (Your bank may need a few extra days on their end — if it's been more than 15 business days after we've confirmed your refund, let us know.)

Because these are one-of-a-kind vintage pieces, items should come back in the same condition they arrived in. We also ask that you hold onto your receipt or order confirmation. 

Something Arrived Wrong or Damaged?

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective, or just not what you ordered, contact us right away and we'll make it right — fast.
